Located on Brook Lane in, Hoole with all of it's fabulous shops, bars and restaurants just a stone throw away whilst your also roughly a fifteen-minute walk from Chester main campus. The Kingsway campuses are about a fifteen-minute walk away as well.

The house comes fully furnished, each room has a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, chair and a flat-screen TV. All utility bills are included in the rent including broadband and TV license.

The house comes fully managed by Urban Let which means it's guaranteed to come up to spec with all the required certificates and licenses. We also have our own maintenance team and 24/7 emergency call out, in the unlikely event of a problem.
