Tenants then go through referencing which ensures that no stone is left unturned and there are no discrepancies.

Following successful referencing we draw the tenancy agreements up and send to both parties for signing. We will collect the first month’s rent and the deposit, and ensure the deposit is registered accordingly with the independent Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).

If your tenant has left the property with things outstanding whether that be the cleaning standard, damage or removal of rubbish, we have those difficult conversations on your behalf to make deductions from the tenant’s deposit. If the deductions cannot be agreed directly with the previous tenant we organise and produce evidence to send to the DPS for their adjudication service..
